 Mr Bertolt Martin Flick,
President & Chief Executive Officer Air Baltic Flick joined Air Baltic in 2002 as President and CEO, taking responsibility for an airline that operated five aircraft on five individual routes. During his years in Air Baltic the company has expanded its network to 85 destinations, operating a fleet of almost 40 aircraft. A clear vision for the future, attractive products in addition to air traffic services, low unit costs, competitive fares, professional staff, and pragmatic management have been the basic tenets of this development. Before joining Air Baltic Flick, a lawyer by training, has worked for Treuhand Osteuropa, Latvijas Gaze, and as a consultant.
