 Mr. Jay Sorensen,
President Ideaworks Company Jay Sorensen is a veteran management professional with 26 years experience in product, partnership and marketing development. He founded IdeaWorks in 1996 as a consulting organization that builds revenue through innovation. Its international client list includes the hotel, airline, marine, railroad, consumer products and health care sectors. IdeaWorks specializes in ancillary revenue improvement, brand development, customer research, competitive analysis, and creating partner-marketing strategies. Jay speaks at leading travel conferences such as the Low Cost Airlines Congress, Frequent Flier Program Conference (FFP), and the Ancillary Revenue Conference (ARAC). He is the author of the Guide to Ancillary Revenue and a la Carte Pricing, which has been purchased by aviation professionals all over the world. Jay is the founder and president of the Kids First Fund which is an NGO active in eastern Europe.
