 Ms. Deborah Meehan,
President & Chief Operating Officer SH&E, an ICF International Company Deborah Meehan is the Chief Operating Officer of SH&E, an ICF International Company, one of the world's leading air transportation consulting firms specializing in aviation economics and finance. Ms. Meehan is an industry-recognized expert with extensive experience in strategic planning, policy development, economic analysis and air service development issues. Ms. Meehan has spent nearly 30 years working with SH&Es airline, airport and public agency clients gaining in-depth understanding of the airline industry. As SH&Es COO, Ms. Meehan also has an active role in directing most of the large, complex projects involving experts from the multiple disciplines that SH&E undertakes. Ms. Meehan has a BS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and an MS in Transportation Planning from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
